At school in dreams – what does that mean (dream interpretation school, class)

Interpretation of school / lecture in dreams.

Dreams where you are in school is one of the most often dreamt dream themes – and there’s great value in listening to such a dream! It is namely often the unfortunate behavior and thought patterns that you have “learned” in your childhood / youth while going in school that you are maybe repeating in your adult life. But school dreams can also mean other things.

Schools in dreams as an image of acquired (unfortunate) thinking / behavior.
Our time in school has great influence on the shaping of our personality – there are many “rules” locked in for how to think and behave, not least the “rules” on how to think about ourselves. It is important to notice your age in the dream, for it may point to when the dream would like to have you back and what exactly happened at this point in your (school) life.

Maybe back in sixth grade when you were bullied and therefore “learned” that you are not good enough. The dream can then turn your attention to this and say “now it’s about time that you begin to think more positively about yourself / give up this ancient thinking. You’re now an adult and can see that it no longer fits that you are not good enough! ”

When trying to understand your dreams it is important to know that your dreams are… your dreams. As such, you are the best person to figure out the true meaning of your dreams.

However, it is important to learn how to generally approach your dreams. Dream dictionaries like this one are only a supplement, and if you want to fully utilize the potential of your dreams, you should start at a different place.

My online course “Unlock your DREAMlife” gives you a great foundation for understanding (and recalling) your dreams.

Schools in dreams as a picture of your relationship with authority figures.
If there are teachers in the dream, it is interesting to notice your relationship with them. Do you fear them or do you feel equal to them? This element can tell you something about your relationship with authority figures; for example, your boss or maybe even your father.

Classmates as an image of parts of yourself.
The persons appearing in the dream – your classmates, may also be pictures on the sides of yourself that you are not so aware of; the striver, the quiet girl / boy, the clown of the class, etc.

Dream dictionaries are a very helpful tool when interpreting dreams. However, generally learning how to approach your dreams, will give you a better foundation for understanding them. My online course “Unlock your DREAMlife” teaches you how to much better utilize – recall and understand – your dreams.
